Courtney Gonzales, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT, ATC
Originally from Abilene, Texas, Courtney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas State University. Courtney had the opportunity to work closely with many athletes and coaches from the Texas State University football, men's basketball, volleyball, cross country and track athletic programs, assisting with both preventative and rehabilitation plans of care. Outside of physical therapy, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, playing basketball, searching for the best BBQ, and cheering on the Horns. As a national board certified physical therapist and athletic trainer, Courtney loves helping competitive athletes and weekend warriors alike bounce back to the things they love!

Scott Werner, PT, ATC
Scott is experienced in helping patients in a variety of settings, with many years of his practice being in varied outpatient therapy specialties. He has excelled working with pediatrics to geriatrics as well as the weekend warriors to the professional hockey players. Scott is skilled in several aspects of physical therapy including functional dry needling, cupping, taping, manipulative care, postural correction and manual therapy as well as exercise and modalities. Free time mostly revolves around wife and three kiddos where golf, tennis, lake activities and drag racing make up a lot of that time. At Rebound, Scott is one part of our team that is committed to working with your medical provider to help you quickly “bounce back” to your work or recreational activities.

Rene Flores, PT, DPT
Rene takes an eclectic approach to facilitate healing by incorporating the biopsychosocial model with traditional manual therapy and movement based activities alongside modern pain neuroscience, the new science and its discoveries, the biology of belief and epigenetics, and spirituality and heart-brain coherence.
Rene has an affinity for helping those who have persistent pain also known as "Chronic pain". Rene is married, a proud father, grandfather and a performing musician and entertainer.

Nik Joy, PTA
Nik is a Roscoe, Texas native who has resided in Abilene for the last 10 years since attending Hardin Simmons University where he attained a bachelors degree in Exercise Science. He attained his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Odessa College and became licensed in 2015. As a PTA he holds certifications in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization and Kinesiotaping and has experience across a variety of settings with patients of all ages with emphasis on correct exercise to improve your quality of movement. Outside of therapy he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, landscaping, fishing, golf or looking for the next great taco spot.

Kelly Harrington, Office Manager
Kelly was born and raised in Abilene, Texas. She has worked in the medical field for over 20 years and has a great passion for helping others. Kelly is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and loves spending time with friends and family. She has one amazing son, Matthew, and a wonderful boyfriend, David.

Amber was born and raised in Stamford then later moved to Abilene. She joined the Rebound family in 2006 and feels passionate about helping others. In her free time, Amber loves spending time with family and friends, shopping, and being poolside.
